Warranties, Exchanges, and Returns

Order cancellations will be accepted with a full refund of the amounts paid only if they have not yet been shipped. If they have already been dispatched, we request that the item be returned in its original packaging, with all tags attached to the item, and no signs of use.
If you wish to make an exchange or return, please send us a WhatsApp request to (11) 96315-2929. We will then provide you with a reverse postage code so that the shipping of items for exchange is free of charge. Please remember that for exchanges and returns, the item to be exchanged must be sent in its original packaging, with all tags attached to the item, and no signs of use. If the exchange option is for the same product, with only a change in color and/or size and no change in value, as soon as the item sent for exchange arrives and is cleared by our analysis department, we will send the new item and inform you of the new tracking code to follow the delivery.
However, if the exchange option is for a product different from the one purchased, as soon as the item sent for exchange arrives and is cleared by the analysis department, we will provide a discount coupon for the amount paid for the returned items + the shipping cost paid. This coupon allows a new order to be placed on the website, choosing the desired new items and paying only the difference in value, if any.
Products sent to us due to a defect will go through our analysis department for evaluation and confirmation of the manufacturing defect or not. If it is confirmed that there is no defect in the product, we will arrange to send the same product to the customer's address; if the product needs repair, the deadline for returning the product will be informed after the defect evaluation.
We will be exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose defect was caused by misuse, according to the assessment of our analysis department.
We only perform the first exchange; subsequent exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
To return a product due to withdrawal or regret, the deadline to withdraw or exchange your purchase is 7 (seven) calendar days, starting from the date of product receipt.
The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, and all tags attached to the item.
Refunds due to withdrawal or regret will be processed as follows:
1- Purchases paid with Credit Card: The customer may choose to receive a Shopping Voucher for the amount paid, to be used for the purchase of any product in the store, or request a chargeback of the amount paid on their credit card statement. (most often the chargeback is only posted on the subsequent statement).
2 - Purchases with PIX: The customer may choose to receive a Shopping Voucher for the amount paid, to be used for the purchase of any product in the store, or request a refund to their bank account. For a refund, the account holder must be the same person who placed the order in the Store.
The Shopping Voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of its issuance.
